The current version tested here Website X5 Professional 11 doesn't get it that easy anymore: It's still five steps, but within each step there are plenty of options - it takes longer, it's not quite as easy anymore, but you're still guided through the process very well.
The clou (and namesake): The finished website was created in five steps – even laypersons were able to create a respectable website in an estimated two hours.
Website X5 came to Germany from the Italian provider Incomedia almost ten years ago and was also found again and again as a free special edition on the PC Praxis DVD (which my colleague Rentrop and I were each “allowed” to look after as product managers for around a year.).
